I used to have asthma but I think I've grown out of it.

I'm very nearsighted. I wear glasses all the time except when sleeping.

I'm somewhat out of shape, though my "bmi" fluctuates between normal and overweight - it's usually right on the borderline.

I have horrible insomnia as well.

For those that are allergic to medicines you should fill out an "ICE" form and carry it folded in your purse or wallet. It should have at least your name, age, emergency contact info, all allergies to medicines, and the fact you have aspergers (and whatever other serious medical problems). If you're ever unable to communicate in an emergency nearly all paramedics will look for this as soon as it's safe to and follow those directions.

Yes, I have heart problems, and had a heart surgery when I was 11 mounths old.
Today I have the scar from the surgery on my chest.
My heart had a hole in it and blood leakes out of it and I take pills for it
every day.

Not everyone with AS has Dyspraxia.

Anyway...my only health problems are that I am anemic and have swollen, painful ankles for no apparent reason!

When in doubt, ask an autistic. Chances are, they're obsessed with what you need to know.
