Must have walked about ten miles over last two weeks, still not jogging as feet bashed up from my running escapades since the start of the year, yoga and stretching sessions are solid, able to continue doing at least 2 full workouts a week with weights and my usual heave ho muscle jiving routines so don't think I'm dying or anything yet.

Two full workouts and managed a short jog this week now that my damn toe has almost healed up from the blood blister that rudely sprang up after overdoing the cardio, looking forward to slapping my feet along some more, gonna try to add five minutes to each jog and hopefully ten by the end of the year.

I spent thirty minutes on a foot-pedal machine earlier today at my school's gym.

I went from suburban living to urban living. I went from about 2,000 steps a day to between 4,000 and 8,000 steps a day.

Had two fourty minute workouts with the weights and crunches/sit ups and my own sketchy version of pilates and been consistent with my demanding yoga regimen which I am always seeking to mix up and adjust, also done a twenty minute jog this week now my feet seem to have healed from the blisters I accrued after a particularly over ambitious period of cardio last month.

Did 19 miles on the terratrike. But, I did stop off for some (mediocre) barbecue. I should have had a chorizo burrito like I planned...

On the plus side, I didn't stop for a beer.

Did my customary 8.5 miles today. Ran into a classmate and talked to her for a bit. Saw my first blue heron of the season.

Was a nice ride...

Later, I might (will) ride down to the neighborhood biker (bicycle) bar for a pint (three pints). but I won't count that as a workout.
