Went for a one-hour walk this morning and did weights and sit-ups.

Exercise this afternoon sort of helped my mood.

I went back to tennis lessons after an absence of three months. I thought I would forget everything, but I did well.

I spent all day & night on this phone strengthening thumbs.

Took a walk in the dark at 12:30.

Took a long walk on the beach with my Mom, after spending the past several days in hospital, due to a negative reaction to an antibiotic. Fresh air is the best medicine.

Ten minutes of jogging in place. Now it's time to have a peach (which I already ate) and a La Croix!

1 hour lifting weights, same as every weekday lunchtime for the past 2 months.

Seeing some results which is cool.

Finished the rest of my exercise for today. Yoga is my least favorite part but I love jogging in place.

Today I convinced a bunch of bubble dwellers to globalize an enterprise I have nothing to do with because 120.000 or so say I don't even know them.

Bye to them.

Managed three workouts over the last two weeks despite low mood, walked and jogged perhaps six miles overall and done my stretching as often as I felt prudent to maintain my sensation of insta-flexibility, whenever I feel my stretchyness is being compromised I hit a session up

Howdy kids. As you may know, I've been really depressed lately to the point that I thought about going on some antidepressants and getting some therapy. However, I don't like taking that crap so tonight I started exercising again to see if that might help. Boy am I outta shape. I'm doing some step aerobics. Some of you may remember back in the 80's when they came out with the step reebok. Anyway, I have a step and I'm doing these workouts by this guy named Gilad. He's whipping my butt - almost as much as Shawn T. Right now I'm staying away from any push-ups because of my shoulders. So I ended up doing Gilad (get your mind out of the gutter) for about an hour and had to stop several times, but I finished. We'll see if I can keep it up. I better cause I have an order of cookies and cinnamon rolls coming from QVC.
