Or he could be like Jack LaLanne----who looked really good even in his 80s.

I gotta beautify myself and color my hair, but I think I'm going to do Gilad first. I've done Gilad two times this week and this will be my 3rd time to do Gilad. He can really whip my ass. (Get your minds out of the gutter) He's almost as hard as Shawn T. was.

Oh my Lord. I'm exhausted. If you want a low impact high cardio workout, the step workout is it. I don't know why they ever got rid of it.

I just got this DVD from Amazon that'll be here in a couple days. I'm going to try it next week. It scares me. I'm afraid I'm going to fall on my ass. I already misjudged where the step was and almost fell. I can't wear tennis shoes because they get in the way. Anyway, here 's what I'm going to be trying.

https://youtu.be/9sFwNIMOoM4

There is no way I'm going to be able to jump over the step. I've done moves like that before with Tony and P90X and it didn't end pretty. You get tired and come down wrong and that's all she wrote. Good thing it looks like there are three modifiers.

Hitting my two solid workouts a week, was gonna have another tomorrow but joints are creaking and telling me to take it easy for a few days, no jogs for a while as been hard to venture out for longer than is necessary but walked quite far when I have managed to brave the cruel streets and stretching needs to be attacked with more regularity. It's amazing how hard your heart can be rattled with a punishing pose or two!

Tennis lesson today! Can't wait! I am excited to learn that Denis Istomin made the final at Chengdu in China. Have to watch it on the Internet because I don't have the Tennis Channel anymore.

Got to see the Istomin match on video. His opponent retired injured. I noticed that Denis Istomin helped his opponent when he got hurt. Denis has a great deal of compassion, a trait that led me to support him all the more. He was a very deserving winner.
