Did my customary 8.5 miles today. Ran into a classmate and talked to her for a bit. Saw my first blue heron of the season.

Was a nice ride...

Later, I might (will) ride down to the neighborhood biker (bicycle) bar for a pint (three pints). but I won't count that as a workout. :wink:

I worked out for approximately 45 minutes at my school's gym earlier today on a foot-pedal machine.

I then played one game of table tennis and one game of badminton.

Another 18 miles on the terratrike!

I'm gonna hafta take it to the bike shop soon. I have some kind of alignment problem. I have less than a 1000 miles on my (very expensive) kevlar tires, but I've already worn the two front ones down to the green!

I'm jealous I wish I could swim, but I never learned... :(

I'm really afraid of water, need to build my confidence.

My aunty is a swim teacher, she has yet to help me though, she lives too far away. damnnit

...anyways I woke up at 4:30 this morning, chilled on the pc for a bit,
went out to maccas a had a mocha and orange juice, had a smoke (i know, bad, bad bad, Im slowly giving up I have patches)

then drove around a bit to waste some time until the gym opened,

I done roughly a 45 minute workout which included

raised stomach crunches 30

medicine ball torso twists 60

5 minutes on the x trainer

10 squats against the wall with a ball

15 - 10 kg each hand bench presses/raises, 10 x 15 kgs presses, 5 x 17.5 presses and 10 x 20kgs presses

Im happy I have an iphone that lets me listen to music only found out i can do that yesterday :)

Managed two fourty minute workouts this week, was going for my usual three but unbearable stifling heat has my sensory load at breaking point so don't want to sweat more than is necc. Had about six miles of walking and a decent jog too and some time traipsing through the fields which was good for the calves due to the brutal angles of the valley I was exploring.

Had a PT session last week to give me a full body weight lifting workout. Gave it a go today, loved it.

Bump, Just got back from a gym sesh.

Done roughly 30 minutes worth of cardio and done some stuff working my arms and endurance for legs.

Went for a one-hour walk this morning and did weights and sit-ups.
