Hi I am Tabitha. I am new to the site and wanted to introduce myself. I have on my own through researching online and reading a book, and talking to a family member whose son is an aspie figured out that I am an aspie also, just I am not diagnosed yet. I have lived all my life with anxiety and depression, and knowing that there was something different about me but did not know exactly what til now, I hope to be getting an official diagnosis soon.

hi, tabitha. welcome. what sorts of things do you enjoy doing?

Listening to music, cooking and baking sometimes, but I hate washing dishes, watching movies. What kind of stuff are you interested in?

i also like listening to music (and singing). i like to cook healthy meals for my husband and me. i like to play with my cat.

My Husband is a truck driver, so he is hardly home any more, he started driving trucks in February of this year, So I am home by myself for the most part take care of our kids. we have Two boys together, I have a 14 year old son from my first Marriage. All three boys live with us. My younger two boys are 5 years old, and 6 months old. I had a cat once but my husband told me we could not keep the cat that he did not like the cat in the house. I love cats myself, but he does not. We do have two outside dogs, one is male, he is bull dog and shar pei. The other dog is female, she is mixed with bull dog and collie. Their names are Tank and Dixie. I like cooking all kinds of stuff really, I really enjoy cooking southern food, it is what I grew up on, and I like to bake.

here is a recipe i learned not long ago and like for peach soup. pit and quarter six large peaches (do not peel). cover with riesling or other sweet white wine. bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until peaches are soft (about 30 min.). cool. blend in batches. taste for sweetness. add a couple of tablespoons of sugar or honey if needed. stir in a cup of heavy cream. chill and serve.
