and I feel really relaxed now. I was always slightly nervous before when I would smoke all day and it's a great relief.

There wasn't enough money for tobacco this week and I was dreading the first days but I'm fine.
I'm sure a lot of people here like tobacco and/or caffeine. If you're like me and you feel like you need to relax try taking a break and see if that helps because I'm loving this.

Congratulations! How long has it been since you last smoked? I'm glad you actually feel good without smoking. Most people around me found it hard to quit but you seem to be doing it rather easily.

It's been two days now and mentally I'm fine except maybe some mild depression. It's strange because it definitely affects me physically, I feel faint, but I'm not experiencing any cravings.
