This can be from Irish, Native American, Greek, Roman, Nordic, whatever.....

You can post a person, place or thing----you can even post TV shows / films, whatever.....

It'd be great if you also post which mythology, and a little blurb about the whatever. I'm thinking Greco-Roman is probably the most well-known, so maybe you wouldn't have to give any description.

As with ALL "A to Z" threads, "X", "Y", and "Z" may be skipped----and, you can skip "Q", as well.

Iana - Iana is the name of an ancient Roman goddess associated with arches and the moon, usually identified as either a form of Diana or the female counterpart of Janus.

Jove or Jupiter [the Roman names for Zeus]

King of the Serpents - A guardian from the myths of Sweden that is a serpent with a giant crest on the head.

Leviathan, a monster from hebrew mythology.

Mazomba - Mazomba is a giant fish in the mythology of the Chaga people of Tanzania. It is also the name of a crater on Triton, a moon of Neptune.

Neptune (Roman; God of the sea.)

Odysseus: (Greek, principal character in Homer's Odyssey.)
