I have to agree luan78zao on this as a competitionist. Patent system is the not the only form of protectionism with similar results.

Also his business model is based entirely on on this. He didn't come from a pharmaceutical background, I doubt he would have been interested in getting into pharma, if he not become aware of these exploits.
