Hello everyone.
I have a lovely friend coming over today for a cup of tea and a catch up.

I had a missed call from another friend this morning.

Even though I have been like a hermit for months they never give up on me.

I feel blessed despite what my anxiety is telling me. :)

I was just thinking about Mr Kazanscube waking up in his new home, narcotic free, and hopefully not too tired or stressed from the move.
Looking forward to hearing about how nice his new place is.

Tell your anxiety to keep it's opinions to itself

Exactly Mr Ferris and that is just what I did.

On a very different subject -

Did anyone feel the tremor around 2.30pm here in the UK?

I was sat with my friend and said to her I can feel movement but she didn't.
We logged the time, as above, and she just rang me on her way home to say that there was an earthquake in Swansea today and it was on the news.
I told her I have a sensitivity for movement but I did think at the time it could also me muscle spasms in my bottom. (perhaps from the bonnet bouncing yesterday).

How bizarre 8O

Quick question to anyone here, have my posts appeared to have a bizarre uncomfortable monotone to them? Like as if the post has absolutely no emotion in them, and it's pretty weird? If it does I apologize for being very cringy and I am trying my best to show as much positive emotion as possible. I am concerned if I appear harsh and angry and also frustrated. I'm hoping that I don't show any of that here.

Dude! It's easier said than done but stop over analyzing yourself. I haven't read all your posts but I haven't seen a problem in the ones I've read.

Even when I wake up in the morning, I feel dejected and hopeless. I still don't have my dreams fulfilled and they get further and further out of my reach the older I get. :(

Well, it's really more accurate to say they were my dreams. I wanted to play in a band, have a family, have atleast a solid circle of friends, and be good at drawing but they all fell and got smashed on the ground.

Some of these seem possible with the right frame of mind.

What instrument do you play?
What do you actively do to make friends?
Are you still virile? ( Do your swimmers still swim , if so your dream is not smashed yet )
What do you do to get better at drawing ?
