^I think I would tell the teacher the truth. If there has been some stress in your life that has contributed to you forgetting or not getting it done, I think you could tell her that to :)

I agree with Froya. You could phrase it that you have a problem. "Maybe you could help. I have this assignment from last Monday, I finished on time, but the assignment never actually went out. The original file shows that I finished on time, so how can I show you that?"

The problem is that the moment you send the file to the teacher through email, the teacher will see it as a new file. So the teacher will either have to believe you, not believe you, or come up with a way for you to show them the original file.

Hello, everyone.

A question for the girls:  How do you handle periods? I got horrendous cramps and constipation the last two times, but this time is much milder and not nearly as much blood.

^ Exercise. Not just this week, but all the time.

Light to moderate exercise:

-Can give you lighter periods overall.
-Improves circulation, which can ease cramps.
-Can boost your mood (endorphins + self esteem)
-Plus your testosterone is higher when you're on your period, so you'll be stronger and have more endurance for a few days.

Just check if you're doing yoga for exercise, as some poses aren't supposed to suitable.

I would tell the truth, Lillikoi, especially as you have evidence that the file hasn't been changed since the deadline.
Good luck

ibuprofen for the cramps, fluids, fiber, and activity for the constipation.

Yup, that's what I did. And she was like, "Okeydokey." Thank you very much, Froya/Data/Racheypie! :)

Love and hugs to all.

It's incredibly calm here.
Even the bucketing rain's stopped.
The cyclone has stalled over the Whitsundays, apparently.
