Ughh, well it is a bit of problem. I have this really big problem with not bothering to make myself meals, and then I get really hungry, which is bad because I have really bad hunger meltdowns.

I'm actually doing a dramatic reading of something, so that may come in handy. I just keep putting it off... :oops:

Lilli: Oh, several pages ago, last week on Thursday. Her name is Boo, short for Booka, and she's 2 years old, and too cute for words.

I have a system. I eat dinner 3 and a half hours after breakfast. Then the last meal of the day I have 4 hours after dinner. I write it down in the calendar. If I eat breakfast at 2 pm ( :lol:

) it's dinner time 5.30 pm. If I'm making it from scratch I always start half an hour before. Maybe you can make a system that works for you.
