My friends mental health suffered terribly.
She was having panic attacks as well as depression.
It is a traumatic ongoing situation unless someone can stop it.

Oh I had several panic attacks when it was at its worst and was depressed but things calmed down because of avoidance but that only lasts so long

*can't really get the upper hand on a narcissist though

I have to dash now as the dog calls but I will be back

How is the extra time off suiting you or not?

I'm actually pretty neutral about it.

It's going to be a bit of a pain in the butt because of the extra work that accumulates.

But such is life. I have to adjust. And I have to get better at adjusting.

Yeah we all have to adjust every now and again.
It is not pleasant but it is doable.

I have made a lovely wholesome broth/stew/soup.
Not sure what to call it as it has so much in it inc pearl barley and lentils.

Thought I had some cooked lamb in the freezer but I only found a small piece of beef.
So that was used instead.

I am guessing I will be going back for seconds - naughty Tem.

You deserve it, Temeraire.

If you would make me that, I'd probably go back for seconds, or even thirds (if you wouldn't mind )
