Kura's Gluten-free Ramen Recipe! [Hey, that rhymes!]
Ingrediments: [that's how my mum says it]
Either half a pack of gluten-free noodles or all of them depending on how much you want
Grated cheese [I use goat cheese]
Chickpeas
little broccoli bits
sliced mushrooms [potentially fried with tamarii sauce, depending on your preference]
Tamarii sauce
a tiny bit of cyanne pepper and garlic
Instructions:
Grate the cheese
Pull the broccoli into smaller bits
Open the chickpeas and put them in a container
Slice and fry the mushrooms and then leave them on low
Boil the water on high until rapidly boiling
Put the noodles in and turn down to medium
Cook for roughly eleven minutes [nine if you want them al dente]
When the noodles are almost done, put the broccoli bits in to steam
[Don't drain the noodles since it's ramen]
Once your ramen is in your bowl, add the grated cheese, chickpeas, tamarii sauce, mushrooms, cyanne pepper and garlic.
