Hi!!
I had already registered but I had to re-register since I hadn't logged in for a long while!!
My name is Sandra, I'm 25 and I'm from Spain. I don't have an offcial Asperger's diagnosis, but both my psychologist and my local Asperger's association agree that I very likely am an Aspie. Anyway, I just think I'm somewhere on the autistic spectrum, as it's sometimes not so difficult for me to interact with people...
If I have any orthographic or grammatical mistake in English, please correct me!
:D

Welcome to the site again.

I certainly don't find anything wrong with your English.
Each of us is unique anyway, but everyone here is nice and I have received a lot of help and support.

What kinds of struggle do you have relating socially?
My biggest obstacle is interpreting other people's intentions. some times I read in too much, other times I am oblivious.
I tend to be very critical of myself and self doubting.

Good luck here at WP

Thank you so much, Bald-Accountant!!
One of my social struggles is that I feel lost in some situations, like I don't know what to do and I have to think what I should do rationally, while most people know what to do instinctively. And I'm really bad at interpreting other people's emotions just by looking at their faces. I don't even understand how people can interpret what's going on in other people's minds just by seeing their faces.
However, I don't have so much difficulty in interpreting other people's intentions, although I used to have a lot as a kid. I used to be fooled soooo easily!!

I am lucky, I have a neurotypical wife of 18 years who helps me a lot. Even before I was diagnosed she learned over the years to read me like a book and she knew when to accommodate me (when I am intimidated by crowds or overwhelmed by the smell or texture of food) and when to challenge me to be more social. I rely on her a lot to help me understand other people and know how to respond.
I have been an accounting manager for about 10 years, but I was terrible at the supervising part of the job, so I am stepping down to a lower position. I am very wishy washy and hate making decision.s

Hola!:) Bienvenida Sandra!! Yo soy Tristan. Fui diagnosticado con Aspergers a los 12 años. Yo no soy de España pero tengo muchisíma sangre Española corriendo por mis venas haha it's honestly a pleasure Sandra. I've been wanting to interact with people from Spain but I haven't found any people with Aspergers or believe to have Aspergers that are actually from Spain. My great grandfather was originally from Granada, Spain (Andalusia) but I never got to meet him because he passed away long before I was even born. My mother didn't even get to meet him lol This is from my mothers side ofcourse. I guess that's why mother loves polka dot dresses and makes some bomb ass (excuse my language) Spanish rice even though we aren't Spanish but Mexican ofcourse. The surname "Escoboza" runs through my veins no matter what they say  It's truly a pleasure Sandra :D
