I bet those 378 words are the best 378 words ever compiled!

Yes....I've had this happen to me, too. It's called "editing."

Oh....I hate writing essays. I get so nervous that I make myself ill. I feel your pain.

I worry so much about what I've written, and spend so much time on research. My papers always turn out well, but I feel drained after writing them. Then it turns out that I put several times more effort into it than was required, and did much better than everyone else, while I still see so many flaws that I could have fixed.

Ewww, I hate writing.
Coming up with words for a long essay is so painful.
I did pass/fail for all of my required humanities classes in college.

I relate. When I sit down to write something, I get stuck at a certain point and can't find the words to express my thoughts. Research is hard too. You'd think that with all the information on the internet it'd be easy to find something that suits my purposes, but no. I get stuck, get distracted, and start browsing forums or typing random things. But after a lot of time and a lot of procrastination, I eventually manage to turn out something. And I always do better than I think I'm going to do.

OP, good luck. I know it's hard, but persevere and try to focus. :D

Haha, thanks Kraftie, they better be bloody good, the amount of work that's gone into them!

Yigeren - Yes, mine normally turn out to be good, it's just getting it done that's the problem!

Thanks TheAP.
