Putting time - effort - and coaching into athletics

Most things were of little interest.

One that was different for me was/is ping pong/ Table Tennis

Growing up it was a family activity with a table at an Uncles house.

I was awful.
With practice I was awful.

Then I got a bit better and better and a good basement player.
Got humility and better playing with ranked players.

I still suck at traditional football - baseball - basketball but at 62 can still play a descent Ping Pong game.

I can juggle 2 baseballs and a basketball again because I had the desire-time- and being ok with slow process.

How about your experiences.
