/\Sparrow Grass,yum!Ive been eating some fresh from the garden.
Garden pests arriving,stupid cucumber beetles.Grrrrrr.Attacking my sweet baby plants.
Those and squash bugs are the worst.
Peter Rabbit was in the garden,but a big hawk nailed him.The hawk could barely clear the garden fence and flew off low,a few feet off the ground with Peter.Im sorry for the rabbit,but it would have eaten my garden.

Not necessarily a 'sign' of spring, but, I appreciate the longer days, allowing for outdoor activities/hiking/ swimming, after work.

Lilacs in the dooryard.
