Sometime in the past I got it into my head to do a search for everyone who has listed Asperger's Syndrome as an "Interest" (I think it was yesterday), but I forgot. So just now I decided to do the search, and whatdayaknow I can up with some pretty interesting results. 72 people are interested in this particular subject, one of whom I decided looked interesting enough for me to visit her webpage, seems we have more in common than AS...

Anyway just wondering if anyone on here had a Profile there.

I have a profile there but it's empty, haven't completed it yet.

I do. Didn't get that many hits when I looked.

I mention it as well.

As I said on another thread, my username there is calandale1, if anyone wants to compare.

Kind of filled out my profile to scare people away though. It's all true, but I was getting annoyed by some of the responses to random quizzes I would take.

I pretty much had to lie on my OK Cupid test...

I came up romantically as the false messiah when I didn't lie  .

Hmm...So I guess looking at our comparisons
didn't give me an accurate picture of you. Pity.

There are some VERY weird people on that site.
I wouldn't necessarily think that lying is going to
be likely to get your best match.

Unfortunetly I think I'm too weird even for them. Of course I did throw in quite a significant portion of pure BS.

I put a profile up on that site a few weeks ago. Looks like there are some decent girls in my area too. We'll see what happens. :)

One of them seems to be for invitation only. I think the bottom one should get you my Profile, let me know how it works out.

http://www.okcupid.com/profile?u=Icedrake is my own profile.

The problem is the same one in real life. I worry about seeming impolite or stalker-ish when I approach someone out of the blue, and what's appropriate to talk about with someone. As such, I don't approach others before I paralyse myself with over-analysis. I also don't understand a lot of the protocol yet--what a woo signifies, for example. (Any help from those more familiar with OKC would be great.)

I would take a guess that it signifies interest, though I'd refrain from doing it because alot of the Profiles I've seen have expressed strong dislike for them. It seems that they get them alot from Guys who only want sex.

I do / did. Standard dating site routine for me. Throw up a profile, either ignore the site or take stupid tests, get a message / e-mail that someone's expressed interest, get paranoid / into a state of denial, stop using the site.
