The some cloths I wear during the day which are a plain white tShirt & shorts. I change cloths when I shower or need to wear long plants when going outside; I put my shorts back on when I'm inside.

Varies.

If I'm too lazy, I'll just sleep on whatever I was wearing. If not, a loose clothing probably.
Either ways, I'll get a headache every time I wake up from any nap or sleep.

usually boxer briefs with a loose v neck cotton shirt.
