That seems to be contradictory. You can't first claim to be a proud autistic virgin, and then claim you need somebody with good social skills. The latter screams desperation.

Personally, I prefer to have interesting discussions with knowledgeable people as friends, often different people in different areas. I don't need to have those with a partner, and I don't care much about her IQ-score.

Should I consider you to be "ret*d" then, since you are likely below my intellectual level? :?

Or do you mean that you actually dated women who were intellectually disabled?

I only had relationships with intellectual disabled people, but it wasn't really by choice. They were the only ones available and I was desperate at the time.

Some people who are "intellectually disabled" are quite smart in certain respects.

True, but at the time, I was trying to get from being labeled "ret*d". I still am in certain aspects.

I'm behind in certain aspects of things, too. But I'm definitely not "ret*d" in any way.

I bet it's the same for you.

Maybe you're behind in "common sense." Don't fall for that "socially ret*d" label. It's bullcrap.

Now I'll hungry. How can a thread about being a proud autistic virgin make me hungry?

People should not just go around posting pictures of delicious food irresponsibly. It's dangerous. I might have to go out and eat several pizzas now. If I get a stomachache, I'm blaming you guys. :P

Had to look up the person you mentioned, I did not know that was, although I am not hip on pop culture.
It does not sound like pride to me but anger and frustration about what has happened in your world of dating and romance. Not knowing what you look like or how you behave but just going on what you posted sounds like you may be setting your standards a tad high.
Not uncommon people do that so as to not have a relationship, I have seen that with some of my wife's female friends.
For me a 'dream girl' is just that, a dream. The real person is far messier and more difficult than the dream.
BTW-you may not want to say that the girls that you dated were 'ret*d', it is prejoritve and will take away from the message that you are trying convey. Unless you are trying to come across as a mean jerk.

That's really misleading and hurtful to be with someone if you're not genuinely interested in them and are only with them just for the sake of being in a relationship.

That was it with my first girlfriend. My second girlfriend I thought was different, but I was disappointed that she didn't have the intelligence that I thought she should have. She had the looks, but not the intelligence and the personality.
