i managed a small random act of kindness tonight. I was in line to buy hot cocoa when i noticed a young fellow headed for the door trying to juggle three cocoas. I gave up my place in line to hold the door for him.

I think I’m getting better about accepting constructive criticism.

I just saved an insect that the cat was tormenting, and put it safely outdoors in a dense shrub so nothing could get at it.
I like doing things like that, which help or save other creatures, for no gain of my own.

For someone my age, I'm quite good at writing stories.

My mind is stronger than it has ever been. I am no longer silent or swayed by others perspectives. I can consider things from multiple perspectives. I speak my mind and stand up for myself.

Nowdays, I do actually think I deserve better than the way people usually treat me. My nature may be a bit less than desirable, but I take a lot of care that my behaviour is less unsavory.
