I'm grateful that my family gets along well with each other (even if these days they don't seem to think I'm good for much besides the occasional use as an emotional punching bag - they still get along well with each other, they just don't seem to like me much).

I'm grateful that my parents are still able and willing to take care of me instead of trying to force me into some sort of group home or kick me out to fend for myself when I can't even find a job - they could do that, but they haven't.

I'm grateful that my family has always had enough money to get by with some left over for luxuries.

I'm grateful that I have one place I can truly be myself with minimal objections/punishments (that would be WP).

I'm grateful that at least some people here on WP seem to actually, legitimately care about me.

I'm grateful that my parents let me have a service dog, even if they made me cover most of the cost - Merlin is a huge help to me.

I'm grateful that I've found a clever mind trick to motivate me to clean my very messy, dirty apartment over the past couple of days. I've done a bit of CBT on myself to think of it as janitorial instead housekeeping. It works like a charm.

I am incrementally building a routine of positive activities.
