I'm wearing a black and white striped short-sleeved shirt, a black-and-white patterned bathing suit dress underneath with the skirt showing below the shirt, and white, blue and pink patterned leggings. And black flip-flops.

Yeah, idk, they call them dressing gowns here whether for M or F.
Like hospital gown, unisex.
'Gown' makes me picture period dramas with the women in maxed out maxi dresses.
