Doesn't matter, if he's not (say) in the middle of an angry mob surrounding the person he's screaming should be killed, it's not incitement. It's even more cut and dried in that he didn't say killed or murdered, he said 'executed', which implies due process. There are plenty of world leaders who probably should be executed, the fact that they're leaders doesn't suddenly render opinions about them illegal.

Unless you willfully have no idea what happens in his rallies... journalists are gated and then highlighted, and ridiculed apparently... how much longer until the enraged mob of testosterone takes his ideas and physically unleashes their hated of journalists? Would Trump still not be liable? He is causing ALL of this. And unless you can tell me if ANY presidential candidate ever wished death upon his opposition before then it might even be historically relevant, but otherwise not only should his advisor be jailed, the legal system should seriously start thinking about prosecuting Trump himself, especially if he keeps insisting on murder...
