As an aspie guy why is it much easier for me to make casual friends in college and the bar scene than it is for me to get a casual girlfriend/relationship?

To be honest in my mind the impression I have is that getting a casual girlfriend should be quite straightforward but it's not as easy as it appears.

What is a casual girlfriend? Usually if two people make it to the point of boyfriend and girlfriend its more serious than casual by that point.

Just in general why is getting a relationship harder than getting a frienship.

I think in general people think a relationship is a lot more serious, not to mention exclusive and long-term, than a friendship, so people have larger demands. Relationships also have courtship rituals, something that friendship lacks.
