I am also hypersensitive to cold, and always have been. Some AS people are hypersensitive to heat, but not cold, the complete opposite though the same sensory phenomenon. Some AS people don't have any temperature hypersensitivity either way. I have never met anyone with both the hot and cold hypersensitivity temperature response, though they probably exist.

15C isn't exactly warm, especially if it's an overcast day. It's not necessarily freezing but not necessarily warm either. Having goosebumps on an overcast day might be pretty normal. Just try to stay warm.
