No. They're more environmentally friendly, and it's good to have the option for those who want it.

Yes. They're loud and annoying and they don't dry my hands properly.

^Well, maybe you don't want to use them, but maybe the rest of us want to have that choice.

No they're far more hygienic then paper towels which are too thin and leave bits of tissue on your hands.

No, they're a good alternative, they don't use paper, and they are hygienic, as you don't touch anything when using them. On the other hand, it's also good to wipe your hands as that can get rid of remnants on them.
Dryers can also be good to get your hands warmer when it's cold.

Hand dryers are better for the environment and more sanitary then those old school cloth on a loop dryers. As of now, they are the best option, I think.

However, I do have to agree that the noise they make is dreadful... so frickin loud. They also, to me, feel as though some of the are trying to blast the skin right off my hands and I cannot tolerate those things. I wish they could make hand dryers that were not so painful to the senses... perhaps they should not be removed, rather, a less painful model be made and distributed.

No. I rather use the hand dryers

If there is both a dryer and a paper towel dispenser to choose from, I go for the paper towels every time.

Otherwise it's the dryer which never dries my hands anyway. They have a knack for staying damp it seems.

YES! Think about it----what grows in a dark / damp environment (inside that tube on the front); FUNGUS. I don't even like being near one, when someone else is using it, thinking a spore might fly-up my nose, or something.

No because hand dryers are just as effective as using paper towels.

Does the OP have a special interest in rest rooms?
Can't help noticing the rest room theme in your threads.

I usually wipe my hands on my pants.

I much prefer paper towel dispensers as long as they are restocked regularly.
The sound of blow dryers is annoying and it takes to long to get my hands dry.
