I am looking for someone to practice or teach me Russian.
I can compensate.
I really want to speak Russian Fluently as my primary language as a conversion from English.
this will require intensive application of ingenuity and ideas.

Hope we have some Russians here who are interested in developing a long lasting professionally beneficial relationship.

Have you looked into Rosetta Stone? It might give you a good start on learning Russian.
