MCU vs Arrowverse: Ant-Man or The Atom

What makes these 2 similar is of course they can both shrink and also grow. I would go for Ant-Man though I do like The Atom. I will say I'm sorta mixed on the suits. I like both suits but I can't decide which one I like more. Heck between the Ant-Man movie and Captain America: Civil War for some reason they changed the suit. I think I like the Civil War suit more. As for the Atom suit I like it too, although let's be honest it is a little too Iron Manish and even the red and blue colors reminds me of the Iron Patriot armor from Iron Man 3 and it can even shoot lasers from the arms.

Ant-Man by default because I don't know much about The Atom, other than his powers are similar to Ant-Man, his real name is Ray Palmer, and that he's played by actor Brandon Routh {Superman from "Superman Returns"} on the Green Arrow show.
