I'm with you. I'm very fluent when I talk to myself. Not so much around other people, not even my closer friends.

+1 here. It's liberating to have my space to talk to myself, to the telly, to the walls, sometimes rocking back and forth babbling the strangest things *knowing no one else can listen and tell me off*, stuff like that.
