This is pretty exciting! I'm a chemistry noob (but really loving it so far), so if anyone has any input on how atomic hydrogen would be considered meta-stable, I'm kinda stumped on how that's true given the behavior of a single valence electron? (unless perhaps the metal is composed of H+?) I'm not in deep enough yet to figure that one out!

Having a potential superconductor at temperatures above frozen water is a fascinating possibility. All sorts of nifty machines can be made using something like that.

I'm hoping it will be a viable option for renewable energy someday so we can get away from fossil fuel combustion with an alternative that's theoretically more efficient and cheaper, and safer around the biotic community than nuclear power.
