This is hard... they would all be Rammstein, so I will limit myself to no more than 1 per band.

2. Cult of Luna - Leave Me Here
3. In Flames - Come Clarity

That list changes a lot though, so that's just at the moment. I don't think I could pick my three favourite songs of all time.
