Scientists have found that complaining rewires your brain for negativity, causing anxiety and depression and shrinking parts of your brain. It was on the internet so it must be true.

If I can survive a ruptured appendix without complaints, I can do 30 days.

I am sick to death of scientific studies like this, they drive my shrunken brain crazy. And brain size doesn't matter anyways. Dinosaurs had brains the size of walnuts and they did just fine.

I'm happy with my small brain!
My goal in life is to shrink it as much as possible, that way my head will feel lighter on my shoulders

Hold back the anger of no complaining hurt your brain and your body. i kinda understand the point of the study, cause some people live to complain and complain to live, so in that case it can be bad

if one complains about their shrinking brains, then their brains shrink more, which gives them more to complain about, and it winds up in a feedback loop resulting in catatonic refrain..from complaining.
i always complain because things always get in my way. i think it sharpens the brain to be able to adequately explain what you have to complain about.

I've heard of those 30 day no complaint challenges. Do you think you could go without complaining for 30 days?
Nope! And like foxant I don't think holding it in would be so healthy either. In fact, I think I feel a complaint on the way now

If I fall down a flight of stairs, do I not laugh uncontrollably instead of complaining? Yes. Yes I have.
