I'm obsessing over the caulking on my windows.
It must be perfectly smooth and flawless.
If I wasn't so autistic, I would have had them done and painted days ago.

I've decided to go visit my dad on Thursday.
I haven't seen him in five years or spoke to him in about three.
He's in a nursing home, the same one my mum was in before they took her into hospital to die.
:( Can't stop obsessing over it.

Ha, I'm the same but with filler for wall holes at the moment. It must be perfection or nothing!

A bunch of junk I should've let go of long ago, but for whatever reason it's on my mind, and it's keeping me from doing some things I promised I'd do...

My girlfriend feeling awful & regretting her decision to put her cat down yesterday. I'm doing my best to make her feel better but I'm sometimes upsetting her more

^ What a creepy thing for a doctor to say.
I'm obsessing over lightweight (but not the TM "ultralight" because in my opinion ultralight gear sacrifices way too much on durability and comfort just to lose a gram or two) backpacking gear. I must compile my broken system flawlessly - as flawlessly as I can on almost no money. Just actually managed to purchase my tent choice after weeks of deliberating over this and that, comparing specs, wondering if it was worth cleaning out what little money I do have on an expensive model when a cheap one may do the same thing, fussing over currency conversion (definitely not favourable) and prioritizing what gear to get first in a kind of backpacker triage.
Next in my crosshairs is sleep system, and clothing system. Both expensive, the latter just ... uncomfortable.

I've spent the last 2 1/2 getting over a 5-year one.

Thanx. She's doing a little better I think but I know it's going to take time. She's spending afew nights at her parents so that's probably helping some. I miss her cat too but I can handle this alot better than my girlfriend of coarse she was her cat alot more than mine.
