Innocent refugees fleeing violence or poverty are one thing.
Terrorists pretending to be innocent refugees are quite another.
There's got to be a balance between welcoming peaceful people
and being protected against people who intend to do harm.

So far, no terrorists have gotten through the vetting system for immigration into America. The idea that the refugees are terrorists is the fevered imaginings of racists and/or paranoiacs, and the kranks who manipulate them.
