Now that the weather is warming up, I've decided to exercise every day. There's still some snow, but I'll learn to deal with it. I'm hoping to add something to this each day.

Day one (19-3-17)
Exercise: Bicycling for twenty minutes.
Notes: Easily out of breath, it just reinforces why I need to exercise every day.

Day two (20-3-17)
Exercise: Bicycling/walking for twenty minutes.
Notes: I went a bit further today. I tried to adjust my bicycle seat. The bike was meant for a 12 year old, I'm 15 now. In the future, I'll hopefully get a new one.

Day three (21-3-17)
Exercise: Biking/walking for 30 minutes
Notes: Entry is here a day late due to my forgetfulness. I ate a piece of apple pie, because of a birthday in the family. To be fair, I refused to have ice cream and cinnamon rolls.

Exercise: None
Notes: It was too cold outside and I'm too shy to use my mother's exercise machine with her in the home.
