Now that the weather is warming up, I've decided to exercise every day. There's still some snow, but I'll learn to deal with it. I'm hoping to add something to this each day.
Day one (19-3-17)
Exercise: Bicycling for twenty minutes.
Notes: Easily out of breath, it just reinforces why I need to exercise every day.
