I'm won't be counting the same hero portrayed by multiple actors more than once. The one I choose I consider to be my favourite and has to have a long amount of screen.

1. Christopher Reeve as Superman (Superman Movie Series)

2. Robert Downey Jr as Iron Man (Marvel Cinematic Universe)

3. Hugh Jackman as Wolverine (X-Men Movieverse)

4. Michael Keaton as Batman (Batman & Batman Returns)

5. Ryan Reynolds as Deadpool (Deadpool)

6. Andrew Garfield as Spider-Man (The Amazing Spider-Man 1 & 2)
I kinda do actually prefer Tom Holland more as he was the more traditional Spider-Man but he only had little screen.

7. Chris Evans as Captain America (Marvel Cinematic Universe)

8. Patrick Stewart/James McAvoy as Professor X (X-Men Movieverse)
I know I'm kinda breaking my own rules here but I couldn't really decide. Stewart is the more traditional Professor X with the bald head and wheelchair and delivers a good performance but I almost enjoy McAvoy more for being a bit more active and his wit.

9. Chloë Grace Moretz as Hit-Girl (Kick-Ass 1 & 2)

10. Mark Ruffalo as The Hulk (Marvel Cinematic Universe)

If you made this thread to survey people for a consensus list, go ahead and disregard that one. But if you're just asking to see people's lists, then he counts. 'Cuz it's my list, and it's silly to discount good live action portrayals just because they were on the small screen.
