I never got drunk, I actually don't like alcohol in general and I have just tried some stuff in rare occasions but it's been a while since I start to really think it would be nice to get drunk once in a while it seems to make people happy, but it also seems a very stupid idea

I'm not sure if I'm happy or not, I don't understand what being happy means. I have a lot of frustrations in life... I'm very lonely, I drop out college twice and now I'm at a university I dislike but I feel like I need to finish it, I feel tired and sleepy all time, I'm a boring person.

Alcohol can make you feel happy for a little while but there's a big depressive kick afterwards.
It's not worth starting down that path.
I think I have more reason to drink than anyone but in the end it won't help.

Hey ltcvnzl I am only 16 and most certainly do not have the life experience that you have but if their is one thing I would like to say is that you are certainly not boring. I enjoyed reading some of what you wrote on other threads and found it to be genuinely insightful. Do you show that side of yourself to others?

I personally haven't drunk at all but their are behaviors, I do to make myself relaxed. I behave silly and dance around in public and as a result I feel relaxed and carefree.

If I danced around in public I'd probably be taken to a mental health facility.

Sorry man I'm just clueless. But no, I just make no attempt to hide my autism whatsoever and do that often.

Unfortunately, the times I chose not to hide my autism were the times I ended up in the mental health facility.

Just switch in and out. Those street people you will never see again anyway. So who gives a crap.

You probably better of watching a few funny movies then drinking alcohol. They are more likely to give you a good laugh.

If you want to get drunk, do it within moderation and with some kind of exit plan if you're going out, and you should be fine.

So maybe I sounded a little crackers in my previous posts. But here is what I believe. When you don't always attempt to hide your autism it can remove some pressure on you and make you more relaxed.

A couple of drinks can be quite dangerous in that you start down uninhibited highway it feels good but social impairment gets worse but awareness of it diminishes case in point Frank the tank Old school .

Alcohol makes me tired & sleepy. Alittle helps relax me but I think I would pass out before my judgement would ever get impaired from drinking or anything.
