I am going name Autistics in general because Aspies are Autistics and Aspergers short life as an official diagnosis means that some diagnosed with Autism would have been diagnosed with Aspergers in another era.

Temple Grandin and Adam Lanza are probably the two most famous
John Elder Robinson author, equipment designer for the hard rock band KISS
Satoshi Tajiri, creator of Pokemon
Donald Tippett - First person diagnosed with Autism
Jerry Newport, American author and mathematical savant, basis of the film Mozart and the Whale
Michael Burry, US investment fund manager subject of the film "The Big Short"
Tim Page, Pulitzer Prize-winning critic and author

Looks like I'm wrong - there is a far less famous Emma Thomson that I must have confused her with.
