I managed to actually get up and out the house to my appointment with the psychiatric nurse at 10 this morning even though I felt like poop. I planned to go straight back home and possibly to bed after my appointment but she encouraged me to go to the gym and so I did. I managed to run 30 mins straight on the treadmill. I haven't done that in about a year as I just give up as soon as it gets tough. So I'm glad I actually achieved something today!

I made a post in the discussion forum for my English class. I also walked to campus with my mom to get the gift card to the campus bookstore that was being offered as an apology for the online lessons having technical difficulties.

I planned Thanksgiving Dinner, ordered groceries for next week to pick up so I don't have to go in the store, went for a run & took care of the kids. Now time to relax.
