I managed to drink only one cup of coffee and no Pepsi instead of my usual five cups of coffee and two litres of Pepsi. I feel less jittery.

I also sorted old Lego and Playmobil again; we're getting closer to the end.

Ater work I went to my psychologist appointment. After I got home I eventually managed to find the link to full out my overtime (no easy tasks because after two corporate switchovers the intranet is full of dead links). I filled in all my overtime for June and then spent time sorting and metatagging the music on my phone.

Also I stayed under my calorie limit.
