changed front disc brakes on my car. pedal still rather mushy, will have to replace the coffee-like brake fluid sooner instead of later.

spent some time with a friend, bought cookies, had hot cocoa. talked about traveling, the monetary value of life, and certain females.

Made an appointment for getting my spine checked out, filled out the forms for the appointment I'll have tomorrow regarding my knee issues, and later today I'll go to the 2nd meeting of my weekly trauma-sensitive yoga group.
