He loves to lie on the keyboard. And sometimes I forget to close my laptop. He was writing code earlier. I have no idea how he accessed that, but I x'ed it off and rebooted and everything seems fine. I know nothing about code.

But he's on it every time I forget to close it. I think it's the warmth and perhaps the keys act as some sort of massage for him.

Does anyone else have this problem?

Mine has attempted to post on FB, but has not been successful. I think he might like his own page.

Have known a number of folks who's cats "liked to play the piano". That is walking on the keys because they get off on making the sound, or something. In fact a German prince in the Seventeen Hundreds had one of his palaces stocked with 150 harpsichords, and spinets "for exclusive use" by his cats. But did not know that cats liked to push key boards on computers. Maybe your cat is a secret hacker for Russia.

Fortunately he never called a 900 number.
Hmm, he hasn't called anyone for a long time.

Now he has successfully sent a FB message to one of my friends which she responded to with a question mark. I had to explain that there was no secret code (that I knew of) and my cat had just randomly sat on the keys. Good grief. He is determined.

My cat used to enjoy lying on top of my drawing pads, sometimes while I was using them. It was her way of saying, "Silly human, why are you making scribbles on this paper? Pay attention to me instead!"

my rats have sent text messages before.

one time, my baby rat passed my turn in an online scrabble game.

they often mess with VLC settings while i'm watching movies.

it does seem like ratty innocence, but maybe they have a plan.
