Do women here feel tired all day, cuz of their period? Coffee didn't help. I'm fell asleep twice watching tv.

Just sometimes, but most often I feel like that a few days before. Heavy, unhappy, exhausted. 2nd day of period usually everything improves.

Not tired so much as grumpy and crampy. :( I prefer herbal tea - fresh-picked leaves, if I can get them - to coffee at that time in my cycle. Some herbs are said to help a bit; I find yarrow does, but your mileage may vary, and of course make 100% certain plant ID whenever foraging for food or medicine, as yarrow's not the only plant with at least one toxic kinda-sorta lookalike.

My back can hurt too. A few times I can feel so numb all over, it feels like I can't move very much. Maybe it is old age.

You might wanna see a Dr to rule out anemia.

As suggested, maybe see if you're anemic... That doesn't sound healthy. Take some iron next time your period comes round and see if maybe you feel better! I find personally that I'm the opposite, I can NEVER get to sleep or sleep as well as I do in comparison to non-period days.

I sleep all the time when I'm on my period. It seems to physically wear me out even more than usual. I get really bad cramps with it, and I like falling asleep with a heating pad.

I'm on birth control and have been without the pill-free week for years, so I can't tell. However, I did suffer with pretty bad fatigue a few years back and it was indeed due to anemia. Bleeding during your period is the main cause of anemia in younger women.

Happens to me too, especially during the summer. Then I can fall asleep during whatever I do
