I'm new here, and I just wanted to introduce myself. Though I don't really know what to say.

I was diagnosed with Asperger's as a kid. Wouldn't change it for the world. I love the perspective it's given me. Neurotypicals don't see the world like this, and I think that's pretty cool. 8)

Personality-wise, I'm basically Phoebe from Friends (minus the vegetarian-ism. I'm anemic) But hippie, animal lover, new-age, etc, it's all there. :)

So, yeah! Feel free to drop me a line, or comment. I love meeting new people! :) And I don't know a lot of other autistic people. Which sucks!

:D :D I too have autism( borderline).
You know what really sucks in in my own situation ?
I didn't even know what it was until I showed symptems
as an adult.
I still don't understand.
Hope this is the proper way of writing letters

Thanks for the warm welcome, all!

I have a feeling I'll be here for a long time :)

And my Dad was the same way, he didn't know until I was diagnosed. I wish there had been more knowledge/awareness back then, so that he, and others, could also know when they were kids.

I'm actually new here too. I haven't actually talked to another person with Asperger's before since they seemingly absent from where I live. It's nice to actually meet someone else like me and I hope to actually talk with some of you . Be warned though that I am very inexperienced with talking to other Aspies since I can't seem to find any around my area. :)
