I've become a bit obsessive about computers over the last couple of years. I currently own:

LAPTOPS:

1. Acer Aspire E1-572 (Windows 8.1)

2. Asus X555L (Windows 8.1)

3. Toshiba Satellite C850D (Windows 8.1)

4. Dell Inspiron N5040 (Windows 7)

5. Dell Latitude (Windows 7/Linux Mageia Dual Boot)

6. HP 530 (Windows 7, also Win 7 on Virtual Machine)

7. HP Compaq (4M Linux/Linux Antix Dual Boot)

8. Dell Vostro 1540 (Linux Mint 17.3)

9. IBM Think Pad T60 (Windows XP Pro)

10. Mitac MiNote 8615 (Windows XP Home Edition)

I've also got two Packard Bell Imedia 'S' desktop machines (Windows 8.1), plus an HP Pro (Windows 7) desktop.

I think I've gone a bit overboard with these....

The desktop gets used for everything, from uni work to gaming. The palmtop is used for gaming, either natively running Windows games or running emulators, or streaming from the desktop or PS4 via remote play.

I also have a Samsung Galaxy Note 4 as my phone. I don't see myself upgrading anytime soon. Though I like phones I also hate how restrictive they are increasingly becoming. IMO they should be more like PCs but the trend is to making them more and more closed down like Apple devices.
