As a totalitarian regime masquerading as a democracy to access trade/security with the EU it makes perfect sense to lock down wikipedia as the government does not have control over who/what is posted and presented as fact. Any wonder the North Koreans and the People's republic of China restrict internet access to their own populations.

However, I would have thought the national security apparatus should be more worried about facebook/twitter given the role of social media in the Arab spring resulting in the overthrow of other despots in Libya and Egypt...
