I've been banging on about this for years. It's sort of what you do when you're a socialist :lol:

Lots of people want to do something about it, they just feel that they can't.

My own country, 1945-1978. Granted I wasn't born until 1986, but everyone older than me tells me it was much better than what I've had in my lifetime.

You'd probably say it 'wasn't socialist' because it was a social democracy like Norway. A little bit of socialism goes a long way, I would argue.

An-cap Somalia was a nightmare. Even America has people who are on the verge of starvation.

Well, I was expecting this. When socialists f-ck up, it's always somehow a fault of capitalists. :lol:

But let's not forget that growing enough food is a very simple task and people were able to this even having very old technologies thousand years back, and even in quite hostile environments. Inability to grow enough food in f-cking tropics is entirely the result of sheer stupidity of the Venezuelian government and people.
